Home
inspections are critically important whether you're buying, selling or building.
Knowing this, the purchase of a home can be the most important financial
commitment you will ever make. You therefore need an unbiased, detailed and
professional inspection to assist you in that final decision whether it’s to
determine if the home is going to be worth the investment or just to understand
the home’s systems and components when it comes to their operation and
maintenance. And for the seller, you will receive a 100% full disclosure report
of the property which will provide buyers a worry free experience.
It is my
objective to provide you with peace of mind by ensuring that you fully
understand the condition of the property which will then allow you to make an
informed decision by assisting to:
Reducing the uncertainties you may feel when making such a large
investment.
Explain the components of the home in terms that are clear and
understandable.
Provide you with an understanding of the home’s current
condition and how you may avoid future potential problems.
Provide you with a complete and clear written report with color
photographs, to allow you to make an informed purchasing decision.
Be available to assist you with concerns both before and after
the purchase.
Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most
professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you have hired me.
Note that different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment,
experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing. However, a “quality”
home inspection requires a lot of work and a thorough inspection depends
heavily on the individual inspector's own effort. Because inspectors work
directly for the client, I will insure you receive a detailed and
understandable report that you are comfortable with in making your decisions.
No matter
who you hire, never buy a home without first having it inspected by a trained
and certified inspector. Every home new and old will likely have issues that
need to be addressed and discovering them later can be costly.
