Quality Inspections don’t have to come with extravagant prices. My Inspections are based on the size and age of the home. When requesting a rate quote, please have the following information available:

• Address of the property
• Heated square footage
• Does the home have a crawlspace, basement or slab
• Year the home was built
• Requested inspection date
• Your contact information, phone & e-mail
• Your agent’s contact information, phone & email
• Any addition requested services

McCall Home Services requires a signed Pre-Inspection Agreement before an inspection appointment can be confirmed. Payment is due at or before the time of inspection. Payments can be made in cash, personal check or credit through Google Checkout.
